Well I thought it was about time I gave you all an update on
my exercise progress!!
I am happy to report that so far it’s going okay. I ended up having a day off on Sunday and
Tuesday but I figure that is acceptable.
I’ve been struggling to get up in the mornings as it gotten
a bit cold here in Brisbane but I have been trying making an effort in the
evening. Admittedly I only did 30
minutes in the cross trainer on Monday night but I figured that was better than
nothing.
Tonight I managed an hour although, I did have to endure
being shot constantly with a nerf gun and I had to have a sword fight with my
son while trying not to fall off the cross trainer. I’m starting to think that trying to exercise
with my son around could prove to be more dangerous than anything else, I’m
sure I nearly lost an eye tonight!
This week I thought I’d try and add an in-home Yoga class…
It might be a little safer!!
